FitCard is a small team. Mail goes to a real person and is usually answered within two working days. There is no phone line and no chat bot.
It helps enormously if you include: your device and OS version, which screen you were on, and what you expected to happen instead. A screenshot is worth several paragraphs.
If the app crashes, shake the phone right afterwards — the device offers to send the diagnostics with your note, and a crash with its logs attached is fixed far faster than one described from memory.
FitCard turns your own training history into a collectible athlete card. Connect a training source, and the app scores six attributes — Climb, Descent, Pace, Stamina, Recovery and Consistency — and renders them as a card with an overall rating, a rarity tier and a sport position.
FitCard is not a training plan, a coaching service, or a medical device. Nothing in the app is health advice.
Two things explain most of it. First, attributes that depend on data your device did not record are scored conservatively rather than guessed — a ride with no power meter is not graded as if it had one. Second, Consistency is measured over a rolling recent window, so a strong month a year ago does not hold it up. Your all-time peaks are kept separately and are not erased by a quiet week.
Pull to refresh on the card screen first. If it is still empty, disconnect and reconnect the source in Profile → the source's row; the most common cause is an authorisation that was approved on one account and the app being signed in on another.
Because performance has to be read against a comparable field to mean anything. Choosing a band is optional — leave it blank and your card is scored as open class. FitCard stores the band only, never your age or date of birth, and never shows it on the card.
Yes, at any time.

No. There is nothing to buy in the current build, and nothing in it charges a card.
Stated plainly, so nothing on your screen is a surprise:
